Week of December 2 – December 8
Novice Plan Mileage: 15 miles
Actual Mileage: 3 miles
I only ran 3 miles out of my required 15. I decided that my ankle was not healed enough to be able to do anything.
I’ve been staying off of it during this week, and RICE-ing it as well every day.
I can warn you that Week 4’s training recap will be a lot shorter than this as I continue to deal with my ankle recovery.
It feels like a major setback, but I’d rather be safe than sorry!
