Notes:
– Spent most of the week being a bit sick and icky again, so I did a bare minimum of a mile run nearly every day, with the exception of a 5k towards the end of the week
– 01/19: Did my first swim/brick workout. I went to a swimming clinic and learned some new things to help my form. I feel so much more confident. Afterwards, ran a 5k
– Feeling a bit better but still stuffy in the nose.
